Optimale Sonne zu fast jeder Tageszeit, auch der Pool hatte nachmittags Sonne.
Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Sackgasse nicht weit von Wasser, wenn auch nur zum Surfen oder K.
Die Küchenausstattung würde ich als nicht so toll bewerten. Aber wer immer Essen geht, für den ist das bestimmt kein Problem. Ausreichend Gläser waren vorhanden, aber Kaffeetassen nur 5 große, ansonsten Espresso Geschirr. Die kleinen Töpfe ( tanzten auf dem Herd, billigstes Zeug) und 2 Pfannen ( total zerkratzt) waren kaum zu gebrauchen. 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 5 Leute für 2 Wochen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eigener Pool, Strand in der Nähe. Im Haus alles Nötige vorhanden.
Ein Auto ist fast unabdingbar, da keine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Sehr gut betreut durch lokale interhome Agentur.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die nächste Badebucht ist ein 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Altstadt von Alcudia ist auch gut erreichbar. Der Zustand ist einwandfrei, keine Mängel, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts. Gerne einmal wieder!
