Situated in the heart of the old town of Pollença, Casita Pueblo is set in a quiet location and offers space for 2 people. You enter the town house through historical walls and see the latest furniture. In the hallway with enough space for shoes and jackets, a staircase leads you to the first floor. Here, a bright living area with high, hand-made oak beams is located to let you feel right at home. This is equipped with extendible relax-loungers for two more sleeping opportunities, a work station, a 50 inch TV and a fully-equipped open kitchen. Next door, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed is located. In the modern bathroom, you will find a rain shower with a 25 cm shower head of the brand Hansgrohe, colourful tiles and organic care products for free. Air conditioning is also available. The house is equipped with a water treatment plan, so you can enjoy fresh drinking water anytime.

Another staircase leads you to the second floor. Here, a nice terrace is located and equipped with a table, a sun umbrella and comfortable sun loungers. Take a break here to enjoy a fabulous view of the surrounding town and the Tramuntana mountain range.

The vacation home is located in the once fishing village of Pollença between the Tramuntana mountain range the picturesque harbour. In about 10 min you reach the street that leads directly from Pollença to Lluc which makes it perfect for exploring the surroundings. The beautiful Bay of Pollença with flat sloping ground, fine sand and a good gastronomic offer as well as popular hiking routes are only 10 min away by car. As you'll live right in the heart of the old town, you will find a range of shops, restaurants and bars in just a few minutes away by foot.
