Ca Na Blanca is a charming house in the centre of Alcúdia, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, WIFI internet connection, beautiful patio and swimming pool.



Ca Na Blanca is a beautifully renovated historic Mallorcan house (the house is centuries old); it has been carefully renovated and refurbished in March 2014. It is a large typical house of approximately 250 m2 and the perfect place to feel far away from the crowded tourist routes in an authentic Majorcan Mediterranean village: Alcúdia.



A large historical arch and a typical Majorcan stone staircase will welcome you in a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large sofa area, a sitting room with 37 inch flat TV via satellite and free Wifi.



Next to the entrance we find a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room overlooking the patio and the amazing swimming pool. From there we can access the patio. Here we find an outdoor dining area and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the city wall and the local church. Ca Na Blanca is the perfect place to enjoy a great holiday, the Mediterranean sun during the day and a wonderful starry sky at night. There is also a barbecue area.



On the first floor you will find two bedrooms: the white double bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, and the green twin double bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, and a private terrace with lovely views where you can sunbathe or have tea or enjoy a good wine in the evening on the terrace. There is also a bathroom on the first floor. All rooms have air conditioning.



On the first floor we find a sunny and private chill out area in the attic with a work table and a sofa bed. From here we can access the 160cm x 200cm yellow attic bedroom with en-suite bathroom.



Ca Na Blanca is a home for friends and family to enjoy a holiday in a beautifully decorated and luxurious space. It is located right next to Alcúdia's church of Sant Jaume, opposite which is the Roman city of Pollentia and just beyond the Roman theatre, a 'rara avis', because instead of being built, it is dug into the rock.


The main square of Alcúdia is just 150 metres from the house. There you can eat in the evening and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.



A row of orange trees mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and the Calle Mayor. In these streets we find small jewellery shops, shoe shops, clothes shops, bars, restaurants, among many large houses built centuries ago, small and quiet squares. Alcúdia is one of those places where it is worth losing yourself in its streets to discover a new charm, a new sensation in every corner. And every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the town quickens with the market.
