The ground floor was completely renovated in 2024. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet. All four bedrooms are located on the first floor.

From each of the four bedrooms, you can access the wrap-around balcony terrace — perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening before going to bed. Two of the bedrooms have a small en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom accessible from the hallway. The house is close to the large sandy beach and is ideal for families with small children, as the beach is just a short walk away. The house has air conditioning, which can be used upon request.

Electricity consumption is billed either on a daily basis or based on individual consumption (kWh).
