This is a comfortable house in the center of Mallorca, in the village of Lloseta, just 500 meters from the train and bus stations that travel to the capital, Palma.
It is a two-story house with capacity for 6 people, ideal for families.
It is decorated in traditional Mallorcan style with modern touches and high-quality furniture.
On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas and a dining area for 6 people.
From here, you can access the kitchen, which is modernly designed and fully equipped.
It features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV with satellite, a fridge-freezer, and beautiful views of the pool area.
This area is air-conditioned during scheduled hours.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One double bedroom with air conditioning during scheduled hours, offering excellent views of the pool area, has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the other side of the hallway, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a full bathroom.
There is air conditioning during scheduled hours in the hallway between the two rooms.
Outside, there is a swimming pool with Roman steps for easier access to the water.
The pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens with plenty of trees and plants.
There are six sun loungers around the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.

Locaties is zeer goed, mooie stranden en fietsen in de bergen op maximaal 1 uur afstand. Zeer ruime keuken, volledig ingericht. BBQ buiten is ook erg goed bevallen. Zwemband is heerlijk en de tuin zeer ruim.
In de omschrijving staat dat de airco is in te stellen tussen de 20 en 25 graden, helaas was deze tijdens ons verblijf niet aan te passen en standaard ingesteld op 24 graden. Daarnaast begrijpen we de tijdklok maar op dagen met 40 graden of meer is het fijn om zowel de tijd als temperatuur aan te ku...
