This practical bugalow-style vacation home is located in an outskirts area of Playa de Palma and has a nice terrace for cozy outdoor meals.
Enjoy these beautiful moments under the palm tree or walk to the nearby, kilometer-long bathing beach (700m). Due to the shallow sandy beach, it is also ideal for small children. In the high season it is quite lively and sporty guests can also rent water sports equipment or bicycles. Because of the good connection, you don't necessarily need a rental car. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.
Palma, the capital of the island, with its sights, restaurants and shopping is also easily accessible by public transport.

Mooi huis met alles erop en aan.
Gelukkige zijn we buiten het seizoen gegaan en was het hotel dat uitkijk in de tuin gesloten anders zero privacy. Door de werken in de straat hadden we 2x geen water en werd er van 7u al veel lawaai gemaakt op straat.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een prachtige bungalow voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Wat een luxe. 1 opmerking de matrassen waren wel iets te hard en een iets dikker kussen is ook een pre. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen. Nicht weit weit vom Flughafen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Partymeile ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnstrasse, deshalb ist eine gewisse Ruhe in den Abendstunden aus Rücksicht schon Pflicht. Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre in das Ferienhaus und für uns ist es perfekt.
