Mallorca offers over 300 days of sunshine per year, ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday.

Due to the excellent location of our house, many places and sites can be reached very quickly and easily.

To cover daily needs, you only need to drive 5 minutes to Sa Pobla.

In this typical Mallorcan village, you will find everything... supermarkets, gas stations, doctors, pharmacies, a weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and much more.

The nearest sandy beach is easily accessible in just a 12-minute drive.

The route takes you directly from the estate along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, "Platjas de Muro".

A clean sandy beach with turquoise waters, easily accessible, ideal for families with children. "Natura Relax" is located in a quiet countryside setting, away from noise and tourism, with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding nature. The 3,500 m² plot is completely fenced and offers many meters of lawn for playing and relaxing.

You can park your rental cars directly at the entrance to the plot.

Behind the house is the large swimming pool (7m x 12m), with a bubbling jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and modern sun loungers.

Upon request, there is the option to fence the pool, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your children.

On the covered terrace, you can find shady spots in the afternoon.

Around the house, every corner offers a beautiful view and a very peaceful atmosphere. Once you enter the villa, you will be surprised by the great taste and artistic details with which the interior has been furnished and decorated.

Everything is new and perfectly coordinated.

All rooms are equipped with the DOMOTIK-House-System.

Domotik allows for the fulfillment of all your needs in the areas of comfort, security, care, efficiency, and includes the integration of information and communication technologies, lighting, security, access control, climate control, etc. The villa is divided into 2 levels.

On the ground floor, we have a very bright living room with a very comfortable XXL sofa, satellite TV, and a dining table.

From here, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with a central kitchen island, bar stools, and a large dining table.

All appliances are very modern and high quality.

While dining, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and the pool.

Everything is decorated in bright tones with pleasant accent colors.

The sleeping area on the ground floor is divided into 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed 1.80m x 2m, 1 with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2m).

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, either with a jacuzzi tub or a massage shower column.

Each bathroom is individually designed, very modern, and tastefully decorated.

All rooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and very comfortable beds.

One of the bedrooms even has a large walk-in closet, or rather a dressing room due to its size and comfort.

On the upper level of the villa, accessed via a wide "floating" staircase, there is another, very spacious double bedroom with a double bed (2.20m x 2m) and a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.

From here, you have the opportunity to relax on the spacious terrace.

All rooms are equipped with sliding door elements, which creates a very pleasant and open feeling of space.

Since the house is fully insulated, this is completely sufficient to create an absolutely pleasant room temperature, whether in summer or winter.
