Located inland with a splendid mountain view, Xaloc is situated on a farm with four other properties. The holiday home is situated on the first floor and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, radiator heating, a satellite television and a highchair (on request). The washing machine is located in a shared laundry area. Outside, there is a private balcony, covered terrace and grill, along with an outdoor area which boasts an open terrace, a pool and garden. The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of Llucmajor, which is 10 minutes (8km) by car. The nearest sandy beach (Platja des Trenc) is located 20 minutes (20km) drive away, though nearer to the apartment there is a stony beach with breathtaking cliffs at S'Estanyol de Migjorn (10 mins / 8km). The nearest airport is in Palma, which is 17 minutes (25km) away.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
