Furthermore, the house is located on large plot of land and is perfect for taking walks through nature. In a 7-minute walk (500m) you will reach the centre of the village where you will find a supermarket, a medical centre, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants and shops. In a 15-minute drive you will reach the white sand beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park. Es Trenc and the Colònia de Sant Jordi can also be reached in approximately 30 minutes driving and the holiday home is located only 60 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca. Here you can spend the day shopping, go on sightseeing tours or take cultural walks. The is also the ideal accommodation for golf lovers as it is just a 4-minute drive (3.1 km) from the Vall d'Or golf course.
