In case of overcrowding, Bookiply or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
Are you looking for a tasteful, well equipped holiday home for your holidays in sunny Spain? Then you have come to the right place. Casa Vallendares I in the Campo of Sayalonga (Andalusia) is a very large holiday home with private pool, Internet, washing machine and dishwasher, German SAT-TV, for 6 persons with great views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Costa del Sol.
The Casa Vallendares impresses above all by its private location and the very beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea as well as of the highest mountain of the area, the Maroma with 2.065 m. Also the private outdoor area is almost ideal for vacationers. Of course, there are neighbours, so that you are not lonely here you are indeed undisturbed. From the holiday home, which is situated a little above, you cannot see the terraces and the pool area of Casa Vallendares. The house on the right below was started to be built some years ago, but due to a construction stop the house is empty and will not be finished in the future. If you want to spend an undisturbed holiday on the Costa del Sol with up to max. 6 persons, you are absolutely right here. To the next village Sayalonga you drive approx. 5 minutes with the rental car and to the next beach in Algarrobo Costa you need approx. 25 minutes by car. The access to this holiday home is almost exclusively on concrete or asphalt roads, so an off-road vehicle is definitely not necessary even in winter. The last about 50 meters of the private driveway are quite steep, but until today this has never been a problem for the guests of Casa Vallendares. In front of the house you have enough space for at least 2 rental cars.
From the main entrance you enter the hallway, from where you enter the colourful living room with the cassette fireplace, German SAT-TV (you can also receive Dutch channels here). From the living room there is also a direct exit to the large terrace and the pool area. Furthermore there is a small shower room and the kitchen on the ground floor. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a cooker, an oven and an extractor hood. Of course there is also enough crockery and cutlery available.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed; the other two bedrooms have two single beds, but you can also push them together to form a double bed. In all bedrooms there are built-in wardrobes and enough space for your holiday wardrobe. From the master bedroom a door leads out onto a balcony, from which you have great views of the Axarquía mountains, the coast of Torre del Mar and the sea. Especially in the evenings it is very romantic and beautiful here, because the coast is wonderfully illuminated and you often see cruise ships sailing there. The second bathroom (with bathtub and separate shower) is also on the first floor. The washing machine is also located here.
For the season 2015, the pool was extended by a stairway entrance, so that now the pool is not only much bigger but also the entrance is much easier. But around the pool there are still enough tiled areas to sunbathe in one of the deck chairs, to relax or just to enjoy the view to the mountains and the close coast. The plot above Casa Vallendares also belongs to the owner, so you can sunbathe here undisturbed. Especially worth mentioning is the fantastic view to the Mediterranean Sea and the coast of Torre del Mar. On particularly clear days (mostly in spring and winter) the Atlas Mountains in Morocco are also clearly visible.
We would like to point out that as a rule we cannot accept any bookings with booking gaps of more than 2-3 days maximum. The holiday home must therefore be free for up to 2 days before any arrival and after any departure; otherwise, at least 7 days.
General information
Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.

Internet (WLAN): 4,- Euro per day, payable in cash on site
Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, ID number and the date of issue as well as the e-mail address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
This property requires a deposit of €400 in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been found that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
Note on electricity costs for homes with air conditioning and/or electric heating: On the day of arrival and departure we read the electricity meter together with you. If consumption exceeds the amount included in the rental price (150 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for stays longer than one week), an additional cash payment is required at the property (0.39 euros per kW) for this part of consumption. With economical or reasonable electricity consumption, you can expect around 150 kW per week.
